Sometimes, we are too busy with our clients to answer all of your phone calls. Please leave us a message or try to call back later. Please do not call between 12:00-1:00 on Monday and Wednesday, unless you need to leave us a message.

To Receive the Services of the Chilhowee Baptist Center All clients must:

Have a current ID (with picture if possible)
Have proof of residence along with your ID (must have both)
Make an appointment for all services

If any client fails to show up for 3 consecutive appointments without cancelling, this will result in loss of service for 3 months.

If false information is given, this could result in loss of service.

Food is given out Monday-Thursday from 9:15-2:45 by appointment. Client may receive food 4 times yearly.

Furniture, when available, may by reserved for 1 week.

Monday and Wednesday is Clothing day at 12:45 by appointment. Client may receive clothing once every 2 months.

Tuesday is Furniture pick-up from 9:15-2:45 by appointment.

Thursday is Commodities day from 9:15-2:45 by appointment. Clients must qualify for government commodities. May receive commodities once every 3 months.

Or Guide Post

The ministry can only use Vacation Bible School material that is in complete sets. Magazines and incomplete VBS sets are of little value to Christians overseas.

We can use the following here at the Baptist Center: (please separate)

Home Life, Mature Living, and Parent Life

Also, if you teach children we have some materials here that you may be able to use. Come see!
